DOMESTIC US SHIPPING :

Standard US delivery: Free
Express 2-day delivery: $10

We deliver to the United States with UPS from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that at peak times your order may take slightly longer than usual to arrive.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :

International Standard (8-14 business days)
International Express (4-7 business days)

We offer shipping to most international destinations, please be aware that the shipping fees of your order are at the customer's cost and will vary to reflect the cost of local duties and shipping. Shipping time will also vary depending on destination.

What to do if you're having issues with your delivery?

If no one is at the shipping address, at the time of delivery to receive the package, it will be held at a DHL for up to 5 business days. You have 2 options: pick it up at the depot or call the courier and arrange for re-delivery if necessary. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor its status. If you fail to do so, the package will be returned to us, and an additional shipping fee will be charged to send the order back out. LIKA STEEL is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier or customs agencies.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. Responsibility for the package passes to DHL once they take possession of it. 

Does “free shipping” include customs, duties, and/or taxes required by my country?

We do not cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes that are regulated and issue by our government. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and we are unable to cover these charges. If the customer refuses the delivery due to the import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees, the package will either be destroyed or returned to it’s sender, in those cases, any additional fee occurred will be the responsibility of the customer and original order will NOT be refundable. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
